Terms and conditions:

• All transactions are final, all products and items offered are available for full inspection and review, no warranties are implied or given.
• Any vehicles or trailers being offered or on consignment can be fully inspected by a certified mechanic, in fact, we encourage it, vehicles or trailers cannot be driven on the highway until purchased. (Large facility you can test inside the 5-acre facility).
• DBF cannot be held liable for information errors or website downtime, purchasers are encouraged to check out items they are interested in and/or bring a specialist to review.
• DBF will describe an item to the best of its knowledge on the information it has received but is not responsible for grammatical errors, date estimates, description accuracy, and so forth, the user if an expert or has some knowledge is more than welcome to inform us so we can update if need be.
• No part of the site or its images may be copied without permission of DBF such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
• Users understand that DBF makes items available or offer but this does not mean DBF is a specialist or expert on any product or item it sells. It is up to the buyer to research.
• DBF has the right to refuse service and disable user accounts.
